Bill and Walter’s philosophy was “run every restaurant based on the standards and procedures Ray and Fred established in the O&T
Manual.” They invested heavily in the people early on. This included world-class training and outstanding benefits. They believed it is important to keep most functions of our business in-house. This includes a strong administrative team, financial department, and facilities team. The Mathews have always been very active in their communities. This includes founding and continuing members of RMHC of Arkoma. They founded three Ronald McDonald Houses and Family Rooms.

Their people allowed them to maintain outstanding QSC&V and Build the Business through outstanding Guest Satisfaction. Their organization has received four Ronald Awards and Golden Arch Award.

They have grown their company to 34 restaurants operating in Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, and Northeast Oklahoma.

Walter retired in May of 2019. Cody Mathews was approved in April 2021 as a Mcdonald’s Owner/Operator through the Next Generation Program. Cody has a strong passion for the brand and especially the people within their organization. Cody and Bill now operate their business together.
